Visit the First Citizens Bank online payment system at https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com to make payments online or enroll in automatic payments.
*For recurring payments, click the Sign Up link to create an account or click the Login link if you have already created an account.
*For one-time payments, click the Pay Assessments link to make a one-time payment.
Payment Processing Fees:
- One-Time payment by ACH/eCheck – A one-time electronic funds transfer by ACH debit through First Citizens Bank from your checking or savings account at a U.S. financial institution = $2.25
- Recurring payments by ACH/eCheck payments – Authorize electronic funds transfers by ACH debit from your checking or savings account at a U.S. financial institution through First Citizens Bank Property Pay = $0.00
- One-time or Recurring Debit/Credit Card Payments – All payments made via debit/credit card through First Citizens Property pay are $2.95% of the transaction amount whether it’s one time or recurring.
